Song, 27, featured for the Hammers last season on loan from Spanish club Barcelona, making 28 Premier League appearances with 3 goals.
He has been capped 47 times by Cameroon and retired from international football in January to focus on his club career.
The Cameroon international told the club’s website: “I feel at home, everything feels at home, for my family too, they’re set up very well here. My kids are playing for West Ham academy.
“Everything was in a good place for me to come back here and I’m very happy to be here. It’s a pleasure and it’s like I never left here. I’m still here and I’m happy.”
Song first arrived in England in 2005 on loan at Arsenal and made that deal permanent a year later.
He departed the north London club for Barcelona in 2012, after making 206 appearances for the Arsene Wenger side. Shortage of appearances at Barcelona prompted his return to the Premier League, which has been well rewarded with a total of 31 games at West Ham.
Croatian striker arrives from Hull City
Jelavic has signed a two-year deal with an option of a further two for a fee that could be worth up to £3m.
The 30-year-old, who scored 13 goals in 50 matches for Hull City, will link up with his former national team boss Slaven Bilic – his protégé as a fledgling footballer at Hajduk Split – at West Ham.
“I’ve played for Slaven before for the Croatia national team and he is a great manager and a great man. I am really happy and delighted to be working with him and all his staff again,” he said.
“I’ll be joining a team that’s on a high after the result on Saturday.”
After a season-long spell at Belgian club Walte Waregem, Jelavic moved to Austria to play for Rapid Wien, where he grabbed 27 goals in 71 league matches.
His goal-scoring touch for the Vienna club prompted his move to Glasgow Rangers, where he hit target 36 times in one-and-a-half season.
Everton signed Jelavic from Glasgow in January 2012 and the striker went on to score 21 times in the league for the Toffees before moving to Hull City in January 2014.
Having been capped 36 times on the international stage, Jelavic called time on his Croatia duty late last year after taking part in Uefa Euro 2012 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup for his country.
Moses goes ‘Hammer’
Nigeria international, Moses, has arrived at Upton Park on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
The winger made the move across London soon after penning a fresh four-year contract with the reigning English champions on Tuesday’s transfer deadline.
The 24-year-old, who has been capped 24 times by Nigeria and scored 7 goals, spent the last two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City, making 22 appearances for the Reds and another 23 at the Britannia Stadium.
Moses began his professional career with Crystal Palace, making his debut aged 16 in November 2007. He moved to Wigan Athletics in January 2010 for a fee of £2.5m and later joined Chelsea in August 2012, after 74 league appearances for the Latics.
The arrival of Song, Jelavic and Moses takes West Ham’s summer arrivals to ten, after Pedro Obiang, Dimitri Payet, Darren Randolph, Carl Jenkinson, Manuel Lanzini, Angelo Ogbonna and Stephen Hendrie
